Instructions
  1. Season the tuna with oil, fresh chopped herbs and S/P.
  2. Sear in a hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side – allow tuna to cool.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl – toss well.
  4. Portion the salad in the center of a cold plate.
  5. Slice the tuna on a slight bias ½” thick.
  6. Fan the tuna over the salad and serve.
