(or your favorite lettuce blend)

raspberry vinaigrette

fresh raspberries
Instructions
Mix the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Coat the snapper filets on each side by lightly pressing them into the pistachio mixture.
Transfer to a non-stick sheet pan and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
With a spatula, transfer to a plate and top with greens.
Drizzle the dressing over the greens and garnish with fresh raspberries.
