Instructions
  1. Place thawed tuna in a container with the marinade (set aside about 2 TBSP marinade for a dipping sauce prior to adding tuna).
  2. Cover, place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours (longer for fuller flavor).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Gently place the marinated steaks in the skillet (discard used marinade).
  4. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from pan and serve.
